Defense Department Releases September 11 Pentagon Video to Judicial Watch
Here's the video over at Judicial watch. If you click on the video players they will take you to You Tube, where you can enlarge the players for a more detailed view.

I have never been one to subscribe to the "missile hit the Pentagon" theories bandied about the Internet, but this video does more to raise my suspicions than allay them. And despite media claims that the video shows "American Airlines Flight 77 crashing into the military headquarters building" it really does nothing of the sort. It shows something hitting the Pentagon, but I couldn't swear in court that it was a plane.

Actually, what makes me more suspicious than anything else about the fate of Flight 77 is that Bush Cabal mouthpiece Ted Olson was the only person who supposedly received a phone call from the plane. How convenient.

Here's an informative essay on Olson's supposed phone call and its subsequent impact on the media.

1918 Letter Claims Geronimo's Bones Found
A Yale University historian discovered a 1918 letter that raises anew questions about a secretive Yale student society and the remains of the American Indian leader Geronimo.

Its most enduring story concerns Geronimo, who died in 1909. According to lore, members of Skull and Bones - including the president's grandfather, Prescott Bush - dug up his grave when a group of Army volunteers from Yale were stationed at the fort during World War I.

Greek gods prepare for comeback
It has taken almost 2,000 years, but those who worship the 12 gods of ancient Greece have finally triumphed. An Athens court has ordered that the adulation of Zeus, Hera, Hermes, Athena and co is to be unbanned, paving the way for a comeback of pagans on Mount Olympus.

Here's something I didn't know: About 98% of Greeks are Orthodox Christian, and all other religions except Judaism and Islam had been banned.

Study: Americans sicker than English
Middle-aged, white Americans are much sicker than their counterparts in England, startling new research shows, despite U.S. health care spending per person that's more than double what England spends.

Interesting. Check this out:

Earlier studies have shown the United States does a poorer job than other industrialized countries at providing primary medical care to its citizens, particularly to those with less education and income, said Dr. Barbara Starfield, a professor of health policy and pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University.

"Countries oriented toward providing good primary care basically do better in health," she said.

Marmot offered yet another explanation for the gap: Americans' financial insecurity. Improvements in household income have eluded all but the top fifth of Americans since the mid-1970s. Meanwhile, English citizens saw their incomes improve, he said.
