Feb. 14 is shrouded in myth and mystery
As with any good tale, our hero - St. Valentine himself - is shrouded in mystery. In fact, legends actually look to several men named Valentine or Valentinus, all of whom were martyred.

Interesting fact: Ancient Egyptians believed a vein of love ran from the forth finger of the left hand right to the heart, which is why wedding rings are worn on this finger.
