Two teenagers at the center of the investigation of Richmond's northside booms will be back in court today. The 14- and 15-year-old boys were arrested for planting explosive devices in the area while investigators were looking into the mysterious booms.
We now know mini earthquakes caused the shake up.
Today's hearing will determine if charges against the teens will be dropped.
"Mini earthquakes"? Charles Fort would get a kick out of that one.
