'Ripper' hanged in Dundee claim

A Dundee author says he's convinced he knows the identity of one of history's most infamous serial killers. It's been claimed that Jack the Ripper, who carried out a string of brutal murders in the East End of London, was tried and hanged for a similar crime in the city of Discovery.
