The history of Dublin's Hell-Fire Club

The Club, also referred to as the "Medmenham Club" was formed in 1741 by Sir Francis Dashwood (1708 - 1781) at West Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, and became notorious for its rumoured sexual orgies and 'occult' activities.
