L.A. Observed: New Black Dahlia theory 
Once again, Hex Correspondent and Black Dahlia maven (researcher? enthusiast? sweetheart?) Elisabeth Reynolds has pointed the Professor towards some fun new Dahlia info.

First, Donald H. Wolfe will be discussing his new Black Dahlia book (complete with new theory, natch) tonight in Los Angeles for free at the Los Angeles Press Club. If you're an Angeleno (or Angelena) you should stop by.

Wolfe's book The Black Dahlia Files : The Mob, the Mogul, and the Murder That Transfixed Los Angeles has already created controversy as rival Dahlia researcher Larry Harnisch has accused Wolfe of plagiarism. Ought to be quite an evening.

As to Wolfe's book, Elisabeth calls it "Both a piece of crap AND a must read! Really. If fact, it's unequivocally the best piece of crap written on the case to date!"

If that's not a ringing endorsement I don't know what is. Thanks Elisabeth.
