Judge Bars Warrantless Anti-Terrorism Surveillance

A federal judge ordered the U.S. government to stop warrantless wiretapping of international telephone calls between suspected terrorists and their U.S.-based affiliates, ruling that the eavesdropping violates the Constitution and federal law.
