U.S. arrests man suspected of multiple rapes and murders in Mexico

U.S. officials have arrested a man suspected of being part of a gang that raped and murdered at least 10 women in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, between 1993 and 2003, the U.S. embassy here announced Thursday.
