Foley's lawyer, David Roth, stated at a press conference that Foley was abused between the ages of 13 and 15 by a clergyman and that Foley, as an adult, has never had sex with a minor. Apparently, he will reveal the name of the clergyman at a later date. And finally, "Mark Foley wants you to know that he is a gay man."
We pretty much had that last one.
