Officials: Serial killer photo not missing Ormond woman

Los Angeles sheriff's investigators looking into pictures of women taken more than 20 years ago by a serial killer said Wednesday that a long-missing Ormond Beach college student who resembles one of the women was not photographed by the murderer.
