Future of mound remains cloudy

In its days, the Pillsbury Temple Mound witnessed vanished cultures, puzzled Spanish invaders and largely escaped the development along Manatee's shorelines.

But its future - in the hands of the South Florida Museum's board of directors - remains blurry.
