No mystery, bookstore closes

Another bookstore bites the dust.

"There was one bookstore in town, about three feet of mysteries, and dead center there was `The Maltese Falcon,' a first edition," Mitchell said. "It was marked seven fifty, and I thought, I can afford $750. She charged me $7.50," Mitchell said. "I felt guilty, and I went back and bought the whole shelf." He later sold the book for $6,500.
