Mystery mist shuts down Mooney

A mysterious, white mist that hovered no higher than 10 feet or so above ground forced closure of South Mooney Boulevard between Visalia and Tulare from 7:40 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. Sunday, emergency personnel said.
