Iowa man inscribed memories of WWI on his vest

The vest, donated by the family of the late Frank Rider of Des Moines, is at least 90 years old. And the mystery was solved with a 21st-century piece of equipment called a "visual spectrum comparator," normally used by the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation to study documents.
