Shipwreck pocket watch returned after 128 years

A glimpse of something shiny on the ocean floor nine years ago led a Welsh diver to uncover a piece of local history that had been forgotten for more than a century.

    someone can trace an owner of a watch found at the bottom of the ocean from 1866---but no one can find obamas birth certificate!!!!!
