Gift shows grisly killer also had her softer side
While visiting the Pinal County Historical Society Museum in January, one area in particular caught the eye of Richard Phelps and his wife, Loy, of Tucson. It was the display of needlework done by Winnie Ruth Judd, the notorious convicted “trunk killer” of the early 1930s.
