Cottles Creek researcher’s Stonehenge theory

La Trobe University’s Lynne Kelly believes the structure was built as a sacred site to pass down knowledge to the generations of Neolithic Britons who settled on the plains surrounding Stonehenge between 2400 and 3000BC.
